HutchForCongress steps down and endorses Ben Loyola to represent and serve VA2 in Congress in 2010

The establishment has good reason to be concerned. The recent primary race in Kentucky demonstrated loud and clear constituents are upset by the status quo and are voting for real change today in the United States of America. It is important to note: this movement is not anti-incumbent. Liberty minded statesmen such as Ron Paul are confident in reelection to the service of this great nation. Citizens are upset at the multitude of failures from establishment representatives, representatives who are failing to act in the best interest of and represent the desires of their constituents.

The TEA Party movement is the major voice sounding the trumpet to the establishment and this great nation that we citizens are tired of the establishment games and will no longer tolerate the abuses, deceptions, and lies coming to us from Washington. The TEA Party still recognizes that service is an honor, not a right, and certainly not an allowance for elevated living skimmed from the honest, productive, hardworking citizens of the United States of America.

The establishment should be concerned because the citizens are waking up and voting liberty. I am one of these awakened citizens. I am a TEA Party member. It is because of the TEA Party I threw my hat in the ring for the VA2 Congressional race. VA2 needs and deserves humble citizen representation. Representation which will hold to the highest law of the land, the Constitution. VA2 needs and deserves conservative representation, someone who holds to conservative values and has a demonstrated track record of conservative leadership. VA2 needs and deserves representation who deeply understands and holds liberty sacred. VA2 needs and deserves humble representation who holds himself accountable to the constituents and will vote liberty over party, liberty over establishment, and liberty over money.

I entered this race as an independent last summer with the intent and purpose of ensuring VA2 had at least one candidates who strives and adheres to these ideals. I entered independent as the establishment machine was already well down the path of making it clear whom they would anoint to this office. The past year has been an incredible time of activity, awakening, and growth for liberty and the Hampton Roads TEA Party. Arising from the ranks of the GOP a candidate has indeed come forward as Constitutionally conservative, liberty minded, and fiscally sound. Therefore, it is with honor and humility I announce that I am stepping out of this race and fully endorsing Ben Loyola for the VA2 seat in the US Congress. Ben has an excellent understanding of the Constitution, sound money, and personal liberty. (http://www.benloyola.com/issues/) I look forward to Ben continuing to serve the constituents of Hampton Roads as our Representative.
